This service expressly forbids posting of sexually explicit images. Sexually explicit images are not posted, published or permitted. All members of this social website service are certified to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of joining the service. This service does not create, digitize, insert or assemble member content, except insofar as to enforce the prohibition against sexually explicit content. This service provides transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of user communications, without selection or alteration of the content of those communications (other than actions taken to delete prohibited material or otherwise in violation of the Terms of Use or otherwise unlawful or objectionable).

Because no images of sexually explicit conduct (actual or simulated) are present or permitted, there currently are no records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 USC § 2257 or 2257(A) by a Custodian of Records
